Paying Online:
Visa, Mastercard or American Express - Paying Online with your credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex) is by far the most efficient and safest way to order your products. You will also save $10 towards the cost of your CareAlert Smart Dialler. Simply follow the procedures as outlined on the Order Online payment box and you will be most impressed with the efficient way in which your order will be processed.
When transacting via our secure server, your credit card and personal details are encrypted using the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 Bit encryption technology before being sent over the Internet securely.
Also CareAlert do not store credit card details on our system

PAYPAL - paying online by Paypal is very safe. Paypal uses the latest anti-fraud technology. You will also save $10 towards the cost of your Carealert Smart Dialler. Simply follow the procedures as outlined on the Order Online payment box.

Paying by Phone:
You can call our 24-hour sales line on 1300 75 85 95. Where possible within 2 working days of leaving your message a representative from CareAlert will contact you to discuss your enquiry and if required will take your order over the phone. Please note that the price for phone orders is $10 more than by ordering Online. Total cost for ordering by phone will be $299 which includes Postage & Handling fees.


Payment by Cheque or Money order:
If for some reason you need to pay by cheque or money order, then simply provide us with your name, address and contact details (Phone and or email address) and attach this information with your payment and post to:
