The CareAlert Smart Dialler being a high quality, Australian Standards Approved product; allows us to be very confident that you will be pleased with its performance.
If you feel however that it does not meet your requirements, we will electronically refund your purchase by crediting your nominated bank account or credit card. We do not refund by Cheque or Money Order.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a non-refundable return handling fee of $20 on all products. Any 3G products will incur an Admin and Postage fee of $39 plus sim card credit pre-payment expenses. Customer can retain the sim card for personal use. If you have used "afterpay" and return the product for refund then further to the standard non-refundable handling fee an additional 5% of total cost of item will also be deducted. This is a non-recoverable cost to CareAlert charged by "afterpay"
Any fees associated with Express post will also be deducted.

This refund is based upon the four following conditions being complied with:

1. The refund will only be processed once we receive the product; complete in its original box; unmarked and with the original invoice.

2. The product must be securely packaged and returned to:

3. A note explaining the reason for returning the product along with details for refund (eg. Bank account details)

4. The product must be received by us within 21 days of the date shown on the invoice.
