Ordering

In this modern day of technology, ordering a product to be delivered right to your door has never been easier and safer. Millions of sales transactions occur daily over the internet and with the E-commerce systems in place with the CareAlert website, you can have peace of mind knowing that your order will be efficiently dispatched and tracked all the way to its final destination. Your payment will be professionally processed with the utmost security in place.

Adding Items:

Clicking the "Add to Trolley" button adds the selected item to your electronic shopping trolley and takes you to the "Your Shopping Trolley" summary screen.

Your Shopping Trolley Summary:

The "Your Shopping Trolley" summary screen displays all items that you have added during your online shopping session. All items are automatically sorted into separate parcels according to their stock status. Each individual parcel is clearly displayed with its associated delivery charge.

Removing Items:

You can remove items from "Your Shopping Trolley" simply by clicking the "Remove" button for that item.

Increasing Quantities:

If you would like to order more than one of an item which is currently in your electronic shopping trolley, simply place the new amount in the quantity input box and then click the "Update Quantities" button. Your Shopping Trolley will automatically refresh and your order total will be adjusted accordingly.

Proceeding to the Checkout:

• New Customers:
  If you have finished shopping and are happy with the items and quantities in your shopping trolley you can proceed to the checkout by clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will be prompted to create a member account before actually entering the checkout.
• Existing Customers: If you have finished shopping and are happy with the items and quantities in your shopping trolley you can proceed to the checkout simply by entering your member account password into the input box provided and then clicking "Proceed to Checkout" button.
